HEALING OUR PRECIOUS COMPANIONSReiki is a gentle energy healing modality that animals really seem to gravitate towards and love. Animals love to receive a reiki session and become more relaxed throughout the treatment. Sometimes even falling asleep! Reiki heals on all levels of body, mind and spirit, making it truly holistic in nature. In a reiki session, the practitioner will use specific hand placements and channel the healing energy into the animal. The healing energy will be dispersed throughout the body and go where it is needed. Reiki sessions can be done with the animal present, or through a distant session where the animal is not physically present. To do a distant session, all that is needed is the animal's name, age, breed & sex to act as an identification tag to lock into the "frequency" of that particular animal. A picture of the animal can be used as well, and is helpful, but is not nessescary. The length of a reiki session is determined by the animal. When the animal has absorbed the perfect amount of healing energy, they simply get up and leave to resume their normal activities!

- animals love it
- animals respond really well to it
- a session is always performed for the highest good
- it is a sublte energy therapy with great depth of healing
- engergizes the body, mind & spirit
- deepens the universal connection of all things

I found your wonderful blogs, and am thrilled because I have a dog who has been limping for about a week. Her name is KD and it is her lt front leg, I think the shoulder joint but not sure.I have put off the vet and have been doing reiki but would love some assistance!I will send a pic.
